1. WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect and use the following voter information from lawful public sources and data providers to communicate about the Nelson for District 10 campaign:

  • Name

  • Address

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Political party preference or related engagement data

This information is used only for political outreach and campaign activities.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your contact information to send:

  • Text messages (SMS/MMS)

  • Emails

  • Phone calls
    to provide updates on the campaign, voting information, events, and ways to participate.

3. CONSENT TO COMMUNICATIONS

By receiving communications from us—whether via text, email, or phone—you acknowledge that:

  • You may be contacted as part of our outreach related to the Nelson for District 10 campaign.

  • Communications may be sent using automated technology (including texts and calls) where permitted by law.

5. TENNESSEE ELECTION & DISCLAIMER INFORMATION

Some Tennessee laws require that political communications include clear disclaimers identifying the campaign making the communication and who authorized it. We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only with:

  • Service providers supporting campaign outreach

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect voter contact information.

7. NO COMMERCIAL USE

All communications are for political purposes only and not for commercial marketing.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
